VISION:
A vision statement is simply a road map of an organization's long term goals.
Our vision is for as many to hear and experience the love of Christ while raising up followers to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We believe we must make it easy for people to come to church.
How do we do this?
Make it easy for new believers to discover Christ. (Act 15:19)
Have a safe, non-judgmental environment to discover Christ.
Provide engaging and loving children's programs.
Provide safe and secure children's classrooms.
Display the love of Jesus from the street to the seats.
Provide a clean facility.
Offer opportunities to serve the kingdom and grow through service. (Romans 10:15)
Offer opportunities to fellowship often. (Acts 2:46)
Provide worship music that glorifies God.
Offer opportunities for spiritual growth through Bible studies.
Robust, transparent stewardship of finances.
BELIEFS
The world and society is ever-changing. Beliefs are an important foundation, a bedrock, so that organizations never forget who they are.
The beliefs of Journey Church will be important to someone who is wanting to be a part of our church. As such, we think they should be brief, concise, and easy to understand.
