Our goal as a praise team and as a production team is to create an atmosphere that makes it easy for people to encounter Christ. The praise team strives to achieve this goal by releasing a sound that is pleasant to the human ear, while keeping our spiritual ears open and tuned in to the voice of the Holy Spirit. The production team aims to achieve this goal by executing their creative tasks– lights, screens, cameras, sound– with excellence in order to minimize technical distractions and enhance the overall worship experience. The Safety ministry is a group of individuals who serve to share Christ’s love while promoting the overall safety and wellbeing of our church. We assist in a variety of different tasks such as: assisting with child check-in for Sunday school, helping church members to cross the street, patrolling the church parking lots during the services, and helping to deter any disturbances during a given Sunday. We work as a team and strive to further the God’s kingdom through our ministry.  If you would like to serve, click here!

The Host Team includes many areas such parking, driving the golf cart, greeting, hospitality, first time guests, the need help desk, and prayer teams.  All of the areas give you the opportunity to share the love of Christ as people enter and exit our service.  If you would like to serve, please click here!

Launch Point is designed specifically to give middle schoolers an opportunity to dig a little deeper into Scripture, to build relationships with their peers and small group leaders and to use their gifts to serve at Journey Church. If you would like to help with Launch Point, please click here!
